In August, 2007 he was a jurist at “Husali Pashtpanutyun” Ltd. 09.2007-01.2010 was jurist at Rubikon Law Office Ltd.
From September, 2009 he was Attorney in the Chamber of advocates of the RA
2010-2011 he xas a vice director of “Rubikon Law” Office Ltd.
In July 2011 he founded the “VARDIKYAN Legal & Business Consulting” Ltd.
In April, 2012 participated in the Training Session on Human Rights, organised with the support of the Human Rights Trust Fund, held at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
From 10.2013-02.2014 participated in the joint Programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe named “Strengthening the capacity of lawyers and human rights activists in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the Revised European Social Charter (VESKH) domestic purposes.
He is a co-founder of Armenian Francophone Advocates Association since 2012.
08.2013-09.2013 he was a short term expert in USAID Enterprise Development and Market Competitiveness Project.
From April, 2017 he was chairman of the board of the Servicemen’s rights protection association.
